Blue and green chick are developing combs, but smaller than those already showing on purple and orange chicks. I'm hoping they're girls, and not slow-to-develop boys.

Purple chick's back is showing red color. There are four different OE bantams sold by Hoover's, am wondering which ones I bought...eventually I should know.

I don't even try to guess with the chipmunk chicks until they crow

They do bounce don't they! She's making them practice. It's hot outside and she says these stinkers can roost!

Have any of you in the Eastern part had flooding? I have not seen it on my local channel but saw something on a Charlotte(?) channel that there was flooding toward Chapel Hill, Pitt County, etc. My goodness!
