Chilly here too.
It's looking like fall. The gum trees scattered among the pines are looking golden. Something, oaks?, showing a little red and brown.

And the rain! Yay! What a blessing! It has been dry so long. Nice slow soaking rains too! :celebrate
More rain today and tonight, but will be moving out. I wouldn't mind seeing a little sunshine after several days of rain LOL

Oh yeah. I've had a fire for a couple of days. Not all day fires, just enough to get good and warm and reduce the amount of electricity used too.

Silas and the three OEGB pullets, picking over what's left of the collard leaves!

It was 33F the other morning then warmed slightly for rain.
Looks like another few days will be 33-35F or so, then trend slightly warmer.

I have a couple of tomatoes still on the vine, but I'm sure they are done for. Tis time I suppose.

@fuzzi your flocks look great!❤️

Thank you!

It was 45° at 6am, I didn't think we'd get a frost.

Ran errands this morning, but all the 1/2 price pumpkins were gone. Then I walked a dog at the shelter, heeler mix, right size, hmm. If she's there at Thanksgiving I might take her home on trial.
