I'm also giving serious thought to putting up a chicken wire wall on the right of the door, to give the d'uccles their own space this winter? I will make my final decision after the deed is done I should've done it weeks ago, so the girls would be fatter. Henry is pretty considerate, he's leaving the blue molting girl alone and now cookie is mature he pesters her now and again. I've caught them "making eyes" so it's consensual, lol.

The other day i put the red roo out all day, left the others inside while i went out and tried to shop; I could almost feel the sigh of relief! After about half an hour, the girls decided that they were safe and came down to eat and henry didn't pester at all! I wanted henry to get used to sharing his space with another roo, but my red roo is getting squirrely, and i remember that plucky was a good boy to the other roos until after he got his backside kicked, then he hated any other boys!

I have been C.L. car shopping, i kind of want another grand prix like i had before......if they don't get sold by the second monday by today i may be off to make an offer! Won't be able to get it legal until another pay, but it's a step!
The one is black, sleek and looks just like my other one with the camero-ish headlights. (narrow rectangle) that one is a 93 and has the 3.1 engine.

The other one is a 97, GT and though it has a more bubble shaped front end the body itself looks sporty? This one is white. It also has the 3.4 engine, i think? The engine is a 3800............it should be turbo, but i'm not so sure about it though this one sounds more mechanically strong in the ad. The 3800's did have engine fire issues, so i have to look up the faulty part and be sure it is right! But the struts/tires/ gaskets (these cars end up needing gaskets redone) and whatnot are good, so the owner took care with it.

I am wondering if the turbo would be a help or a hurt when it comes to HUGE hills? My work has a huge hill i have to go up and down, there are stories of cars getting stuck at the bottom trying to go home I know these cars are squirrly in the snow too, so i'm thinking extra weight too.

Both are $1200 OBO, i'm going for $900...............

I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving.

Well, 2 days ago my JG hatched 7 chicks. Today the dog got one. He pulled out all of his "butt parts". He was still acting normal, but I figured I would have to put him down. I thought about it for 15 or so minutes, and the chick got worse. I went out, got a big flat rock and a brick, and set them out in the field. When I got back the chick was barely holding on. I took him out............I had the brick in my hand....but I couldn't do it. I kept trying but I couldn't bring myself to do it. Now he's barely alive in a basket of straw in the laundry room. I feel horrible. I could have made all the pain go away for him but I didn't. . I feel like I'm a horrible person.
