For the record, come heck or high-water i'm determined to go to the chickenstock next spring so people can meet me!  I don't know how i come off on here but i am actually a very down-to-earth person.    I make a point of not taking myself too seriously!   
Except when it comes to money, i am going to have to be serious about my future job, if i want to get anywhere. Joking too much at work is frowned on it seems.

	 But now i know that i may be able to candle and poke a hole in the egg to give the little buggers more of a chance should this happen again. AND i know my equipment better, so i know where the humidity should be.  I also read some people using a fine mist of warm water in the event that they had to open the bator. Still not optimal, but if you HAVE to it may help any stragglers.
