well maybe i will at least get to meet her when i make my trip .... got the puppies all washed up and they and momma got their rabies shots this morning... itsy goes to her new home monday and grumpy any day now too ... so sam i am has plenty of running space when he gets here .... no casualties this morning !!!!!!!

YAY-job stuff that has had me absolutely running morning and night is now over. I'm FREE - for awhile at least. I'm going to go out and put Marple the broody hen in the broody buster cage. We seriously thought about getting her some eggs to hatch (Ebay had lavender orpingtons) but I don't know what we would do with any roosters. DH does not want roosters and I don't want to get into raising more than 20 birds so guess eggs are out of the picture and Marple goes in the rabbit cage.
That's an idea. And maybe if they are a really nice bird such as a lav orp they wouldn't be eaten? That might be asking a bit much...
