That is when the chicks are happy, mine do it when they are "sunbathing" under the lamp after they've been out for a bit It is quite a site, though, especially after losing a couple!

If it's any consolation at all the weak ones may never have been strong. You never know, they could have had a defective organ, it happens sometimes. Look at nova's chick that basically climbed half way out then died? You never know.

Sleepy time gives me a headache that don't go away................. i didn't want to believe it but i have accepted it now! The one with euchnia also has zinc, awsome for colds but heck on an empty belly! I drank a quick cup of tea on my first day solo, had i ate breakfast i'd surly have lost it! So now i stick with this one

IM thinking with the loss of eight others out of several classrooms full of chicks it very well might have just been they were not exactly right ... also if it had been something contagious I think I would have several more and everyone else prayerful seems to be doing fine so far with the chicken/duck selves lol

They are so funny in the water bathing like the duck and trying to wiggle their little tails lol

I have a head ache, haven't had one in several days! LOL, and it is mild too, so nothing taxing. I am tired as heck though. I want to go to bed, but the boys are SOOOOOOO not ready. They are in the bathroom, using water paint and painting each others faces. LOL. I know, but it is water paint, and easy enough to clean up. AND I have to clean the bathroom anyway.

Well i am seriously leaning towards bed. I've been up since 4 am, gonna get loopy if i don't get to sleep!

OOhh forgot to mention and Nova mentioning needing the diapers in tiny's thread - cause yes I do lol .....reminded me ..DH leaves the 16th (

) and if all goes well and they keep him first check comes to the bank about 3 weeks after that and then every week ... so that means hopefully I can soon start planning my MI trip so

this job keeps him but gonna be here alone and have to drive up there in bad weather alone or with two hoodlums if they are on break by the time I save the money up ..... We are also planning a yard sale so maybe i can make some MI trip money from that as well .. have a few bigger items that can go !! IF they will keep his unemployment straight between now and the first check bills will be caught up and its just a matter of saving up for the trip ....
