Oh honey, there is not thinking! It's a boy. Look at those tail feathers... Get him a hen... Get a FRIZZLED serema hen! He's going through his Tiny The Jerk stage now, but he'll get out of it in a few. Fritz is actually finally through his jerk stage and he's a nice boy now. His favorite hen is not Blackie either. Its Little Pretty. Shes a faverolle/bantam cochin. LOL.

Only had a problem with one feral cat, took a chick.... Tried again, but the big guy got him and he never came back after that. By the big guy, I had a HUGE bird (cockerel) don't know what it was, but he got the stray one day.... Let me see if I can find his pic....
Here he is... He was a 12 pounder... Think he may have been part marans...

I have been choosy with the recipes because most of them call for setting the baking dish in a pan of water, then baking...........i'm thinking "good ol' skillet to the rescue"! I am not a big fan of special procecures, i like to keep it simple!

That's called a water bath and it's supposed to keep the top of the cheesecake from cracking. I have a NY cheesecake recipe that I used to make when DH asked for it and I did the water bath. Comes out perfectly every time. It has a lot of cream cheese in it, though, which is why I rarely make it anymore because DH loves his sweet treats and one time he ate all but a small sliver (mine) within one day and suffered from some chest pains the next. Man has no self control when you put something sweet in front of him.

Pretty bird .. but i dont want a serama roo ... i want a serema hen .... I have the pretty d'uccle roo that is just a suck up baby .... and doubt they will ever get along ...

These people eat everything !!! Tried to get me to let them eat Huey

( the meat bird from Kim) I said absolutely NOT. He is a pet. Then my hubby looked at them and said " if you so much as touch that bird you will get an arse full of lead". My hubby looks out for certain birds and Huey is one of them. That is his bird. I just need to figure this out because these people are friends of mine.

Tell them that they (the chickens) have a disease that will make them REALLY sick if they eat them - LOL!
Seriously, these people ARE sick it sounds like.
Did you ever see the original Parent Trap. Where haley mills makes this web of string and honey. You could do that around the coop and watch the fun when they get caught in the mess...
