Please help me out with this, I have been asking this question for over a month and am not getting a proper answer. Why can I not rearrange my photo's, it worked before on google chrome have not changed. Once my gold feather membership lapsed, it stopped working, fine I then assumed it was an option you got with the membership, no....paid membership and it still doesn't work. PLEASE help me fix this and don't tell me to change browsers, because it didn't work on IE9 either. I don't think it is just a browser thing if some can use it and some can't. I'm a paying member and would appreciate it if it was looked into instead of me having to keep on asking about this. Thank You Michele
Also why wouldn't post newer pictures first instead of burying them?

Michele, sorry you're having problems. Your issue is not tied to a GFM, and if you want a refund, just let our store know.

We're happy to help you, but we have to duplicate the exact problem you are having, so here is what you need to do for us to help us help you:

1. What EXACT steps are you taking? We need step by step, click by click, page by page. Screenshots are also very helpful.
2. What EXACT pictures are you trying to move from which exact gallery to which exact gallery?

Once we have all the info we'll be able to dig in and try to duplicate the problem and figure out what is going on. Without that info it's like telling your doctor that your leg hurts, but not letting him examine you, then saying "why haven't you fixed my leg yet!?!?!".

We need specifics and lots of details.

I'm also intersted in this. I can't move any pics from one folder to another either. Is this normal? I'd like to break my pics up by chicken/duck/goose/quail/etc....

(But I love my Platinum, and will never give it up!)

No I like being a member. I renewed because I like the community,
I go into my pictures, pick a folder, open folder, choose reorder pictures, that is as far as it goes. I won't let me grab them like before and move from one folder to another, or let me rearrange pictures within a folder #2 Any of them, I've tried all the folders and all the pictures. I really want the newer pictures to show first. I've also tried logging off the site, logging off my computer and restarting.
As for the last statement, this isn't the first time I asked for help on this. I love being on this site. I'm probably on it more then I should be, but I like the folks.

I just want to be able to reorder my pictures again.

Are you both talking about reordering pictures in one album or moving pictures from one album to another?

Do you see the message: "Drag and drop photos to rearrange them. You can also move photos to a different album by dropping an image onto one of the albums listed on the left." ?

I just reordered the images in your album here: https://www.backyardchickens.com/g/a/6306271/swap-items/ It worked fine for me.

I really need more details to help you (or anybody). I've asked you 4 times (in another thread and now this one) to provide me with very specific information about which albums and which pictures. I can't help or reply more without this exact info.

It will not let me left click it to grab it and move to another placement or another folder. It was working before, so when it quit I didn't think too much about it at first, just thought it was glitz in the system. But it has gone on for a while now and I want to have the new pictures shown first.

Ok, that's better, but I MUST KNOW EXACTLY which pictures you are trying to move to another folder so I can test it.

Its all of them. I have been trying every folder and I am not able to reorder any of the folders.

Well, since you haven't given me any specific items to test, I went ahead and logged in as you, reordered images as you, and moved images from one folder to another as you. So, it isn't your account and it isn't a problem with the functionality of the site since it worked for me as though I was you. Sorry, but it is definitely a problem with your computer, browser, plugins, or something else on your side.

Again, sorry you're having this problem, but it all worked fine for me as you can see by the stuff that I moved for you. Try from a different computer and different browser and the chances are good it will work for you too.

Thanks for trying. I don't know what happened and I'm no computer geek, my computer is from 2009. I also have trouble with copying and pasting. but I think it has something to do with my fire wall. I don't know I will have a friend look at my computer thank you.
