I saw this on our local news this morning. The lack of 'hoo-hoos' or 'haa-haas' makes me think 'photo-shopped'. Football shoulder pads, football pants and a cheap pair of goggles might have been the inspiration for the image. It sure is creepy looking, though. Not a chupacabra, I'm pretty sure...but maybe a Cucuy?
