Yes, hence the sarcasm. @shawluvsbirds @Geena I was being sarcastic. I'm from Texas (a female btw); I collect guns like other women collect shoes.Um, i don't believe you
Right now we are in a quagmire of political pissing matches. Any moronic drama queen from New York with a seat in congress can look at Puerto Rico and Guam bucking the 2018 law (which Trump signed) and decide that it's better to ban ownership altogether, slip that unnoticed in the farm bill, and it's over. The Feds have been watching shipments all over the country and out of it since the law was passed, and by the numbers it's obvious what they're being bought and sold for. I attended classes for two weeks in 2020 for some other things they're monitoring (totally legal to own and sell items, not even controversial in any way). We watched bodycam footage of a raid at the port to confiscate and destroy stuff that is completely legal....a year before certain "shortages" occurred. These actions benefit both parties, no one is going to stop it.
This is not a question of if, it's when.
PR and Guam. I think the last one was shot down in October, but there was an announcement I literally saw yesterday and now I can't find it, that the leader/AG/someone from PR promised to keep fighting it, outlining the amount of money that's being lost and the increase in crime because it's (now) illegal. What case are you referring to that comes up before the Supreme Court this year?
