Ok, it's been a few years since I gardened... I planted my babies on Saturday when it was nearly 80 degrees, this Saturday the 9th it's supposed to get to a low of 39.... do you think 6 inch tall tomatoes and peppers will be able to handle that or should I rig a greenhouse for them for a few days to keep them from getting cold on those nights?

That's quite a temp swing, so I would probably cover them in some way......

So far, so good. Harvested yellow squash, zucchini and cucumbers today. Tomatoes are still green, but growing, and eggplant starting to flower. So far I’ve been able to control the squash bugs, vine borers and stink bugs, but as it gets hotter I lose my enthusiasm
