My Christmas cactus was blooming on the official day and the cacti are doing great.

This is a temporary indoor area for my plants in my home office. There's a plant bulb in the fixture. Once all my furniture is in there I'm going to hang a larger fixture and the entire room will be wall to wall plants by the time I'm done. No bending or lifting required.
With the addition of the light they all seem much happier

I am trying to warn everyone about teflon coated heat lamp bulbs! One family lost 7 of their flock in a short period of time tonight. Beware!
I thought everyone knew not to use Teflon bulbs, but I guess if you don't keep birds you wouldn't know. Always us actual heat lamp bulbs would be my advice as well. I prefer 125 watts.

I moved my plumeria inside, cut off all the trailers from the pothos including what I stuck in a jar and the air plants seem pretty happy in their terrarium. I also took a couple cuttings from a rubber plant I have outside and rescued a succulent I about killed from neglect.

Nice of you to warn everyone. I've heard warnings not to use teflon pans if you have pet parakeets or other birds. I suppose it's basically the same issue.
