Garlic and Oregano use in poultry

Yes I'm still studying in my 2nd Year

I only ask because many vets do not agree with garlic use in many animals. I am not sure that they don't agree as much as not wanting to be responsible when a person doesn't use common sense and then blames the vet. So it seems that they play it safe and just go with an absolute no. I give it to my dogs and the one vet that would normally not say it was ok, talked about how much and how often, etc.

I m.from India here people use herbal things then anything
Smaller amounts never hurts
Only heavy amounts hurts will cause anemia

Are you familiar with Spirulina? I put Spirulina and garlic in the fermented feed.

spirulina is a good source of essential vitamins and minerals also have good source of vitamin E
Straighten heart muscles
And reduced heat stress miraculously

But just avoid in cold as the tendency is very cold and garlic tendency is hot

Always give garlic water separate so it will go into the stream giving garlic in feed ratio will go in stomach and go below in intestines .

Good to know. So garlic in winter and spirulina in the summer?

I do not give garlic in water or dry food. Yesterday I did sorinkle done air dried garlic on the scrambled eggs for them--they loved it. I generally give it in fermented which is a good mixture of both. Is this ok? I generally let the feed sit for 3 days.

First, I'm excited to speak/write with a vet familiar with thus stuff, so please be patient with my questions.

Thoughts on collodial silver? I use this topically and to be injested. I have used it on the chickens twice now and the small wounds literally healed within 24 hours.

I want to use it in the water over acv. I want to use it as a preventative. I make it at home, I use it and the dogs get it. It cleared up a ear infection on my pup almost overnight.

If I put it in the chickens water, there are rabbits drinking that water too right now, will it hurt a rabbit? Can the ducks have some too?

Sorry to hijack this thread, but I think these other things can be beneficial to us and to the flock too.

collodial silver is very effective rapid work Natural dietary suppliment
But I will not recommend it with mixup of ACV ..
Acv is different acidic property thing
CS is different mixing two components can hurt separately never

If rabbit drink the water it won't hurt them cause it use to treat rabit with some wound care
