Just an update on my baby. I built a pen in the shop for her. She didn't really eat much the first 2 days and drank very little. This morning her water dish was dry (it holds about 2 cups of water) so I knew that at least she was drinking. She was walking around and talking to me. She was holding her tail up and looking pretty much normal. I let her out for a short time this afternoon with the rest of the flock. No one seemed to pay much attention to her. She did not do any scratching in the leaves or dirt but I did see her eating some grass. She keeps pulling at the feathers around the wound like they are pulling or just irratating her. If she continues the way she is now I feel like she will be fine.

This is the same personas usschicago1 (at school on his account) Lol for the life of me i cant get him to sign on. ANYWAYS, I am so glad everything is working out! A couple months from now we'll forget it ever happend and shell live a long and healthy life.
