I looked up restraining order for harassing neighbor and he will have to get rid of his guns if I file, an extra bonus for me, boo hoo for him. He in no way is threatening me other than shouting a few times. I am not afraid he will physically attack me. He has exhibited behavior that fills the requirements legally as harassment, and I should have filed back in February. It is now November and he has finally gotten on my last nerve. So this is his time to pay the piper. I didn't know much in February, I know more now. I was hurt and angry in February, I am just sick and tired and see no downside to nailing his hide to the wall at this point. I am certain he has no idea what legal hot water he is getting himself into, and privately gloats and feels like he is "winning" when he jams a rude note in my gate, or confronts me in the street. He is not, he is nailing another nail in his (legal) coffin every time he interacts with me. Hope he packed a lunch, cuz I am in it to win it.
