That's not too hard, just know what the person your selling to will do with them. Sell at shows and typically people who buy them will use them for showing. You should really go with what you like the best, and focus on it.

Yea I guess I could do that, but I really like the bantams. I think it may come down to being them.

I have read plenty on dubbing. If it needs to be done for the health of the animal then it should be done. I myself do not, but I do have some greasy headed chickens if the weather warrants Vaseline to ward off frost bite here is SC.
I was more concerned that in your second photo that his feathers looked weak. If not from molting, poor health, since you did say his weight was down.
But at least you have been successful in re-establishing him back into your group.
I think that if they look and are healthy then they are chicken beautiful. I have chickens with all kinds of head gear and none are better than the other. Even Hazel with her purplish Worf (Cling-on) looking head gear LoL..

From this thread I have learned that some breeds of chickens are required to be dubbed to be shown. I also learned that this is a carry over from what they were bred to do when the standards were set, fight.

I had already known that with some breeds of chickens I could not let multiple roos free roam. Now I know that if my daughter wants to show some of the really colorful chickens she will need separate pens and will need to learn how to dub. Not what I want to do but I would not tell her no if she decides to.

I like threads that have lots of information and different ideas in them!
