@Supertive Does she by any chance like blueberries? Or strawberries, raspberries, blackberries? Berries, especially blueberries, are loaded with antioxidants and can help cleanse the body of toxins, they can have a protective effect on the liver too. If you can get her to eat blueberries, let her have as much as she wants.
My gander has been having liver issues after possible poisoning a year ago and I’ve been giving him blueberries since, he seemed to be recovering prior to swallowing bits of metal paint in March. Since then he’s been on denamarin and lily of the desert aloe detox along with blueberries. My vet said she hasn’t seen results good enough to say the aloe detox really works and denamarin can only do so much, though he seems to be doing okay, so I think the excessive amount of blueberries he eats on top of those has shielded his liver somewhat from further damage...or at least slowed the progression.
Definitly talk to your vet and do your own research and decide what’s best before giving your bird anything though. It’s just an idea.
