Geese Food

I wanted to start this thread to see if anyone has any ideas on the following.

I am going on vacation in a few weeks and I have (02) 10 week old geese and their pen no longer has grass so I let them out everyday (Most of the day) to graze on grass. The person that will be taking care of my geese while I am gone for seven days will not be letting them out of the pen. So is there any ideas of what I can purchase for them to graze on that the animal sitter can give them?

I don't know anything about geese but, you can go to the "Other Backyard Poultry" forum above and post on the goose threads. Somebody there should be able to advise you.

You need a self-feeder that will hold 20 pounds or better and fill it with flock raiser feed .....
