Gel like excretion?

I was vent sexing some new chicks earlier. Everything was going just fine. I was able to identify the different genders, when out of one came this weird, clear, liquid. Maybe an almoet gel-like substance. I was startled and am left wandering if this was just urine, or somw important fluid, or disease indivating substance. Will this chick be ok?
