Second one is a definite Silver Laced Wyandotte. Looks like a pullet.

The first one could be an EE due to the pea comb, head shape and plumage (semi common coloring on EEs), and greenish looking legs. I don't recognize it as any breed I know, though it may not be an EE at all, just can't tell for sure. If the comb is actually pink like it looks in the pic, I'd say possible male, but again, can't be sure from that picture.

Those legs look pretty thin, might be a pullet. Do you have a close up of the comb?

your EE is definitely a pullet. The color pattern is exclusive to the sex in my experience.

I don't see a wide pea comb that the boys get, so I'll say you have a pullet.

Not a SLW with those legs-wrong color for a dot. So I agree with EE, looks pullet to me.
