Gender guessing game!

Hm.... A white dominant rooster over a red hen does not produce sex links... the other way round does. If you put a red rooster over a white dominant hen you get sex links.
Indeed. It seems that what likely occurred is the reverse crossing that Frey's hatchery does and calls "Columbian X" (I think they actually do both and label the sex link version as "Red X" ) where the pullets retain the Columbian pattern and the cockerels appear more of a white brassy leakage typical of sex link style cockerel.

Which if it's the case would indicate all of these are pullets. It's just a little odd how much wattle and comb #30 has compared to the others

They are about 13 weeks old. I have one other with a RIDICULOUS amount of comb who is definitely a pullet. I will try to grab 30 in a sec and get some saddle feather pics. Either way I think I got fairly lucky with a straight run buy. 30 has definitely been a little upstart in the past so he was on my list of cockerels. The genetics are so weird on this cross I really have started to second guess myself. :). Thank you all for the responses! More pics to come.

Do we know which one was the hen? Also I thought he said RIR. Typically would that crossing not also make these all male as the Columbian rock x RIR is a sex link that's white for male and red for female?
If you cross a Delaware, Sussex, or Columbian patterned cock with a Rhode Island Red hen the results will be Columbian patterned females and columbian patterned males with red leakage.
