Your first one looks exactly like my Rhode Island Red pullets, so I would guess female. I’m not familiar with the second breed (is it an Easter egger)?, but nothing is screaming cockerel to me looks like a pullet.

Both look like pullets to me
Thank you. I wasn’t sure if I saw saddle feathers coming in on the Rhode Island Red. Kinda looks like it but I’m not sure.
 
All chickens have saddle feathers. It's when they get long and pointy that it means male. I figure you already know that but many new folks don't.

That said the comb and wattles are first to show up for males. At 8 weeks with that small of a comb and wattles a Rhode Island Red would be a female.
