gender? need help?

I received three chicks in july thinking I was getting pullets. I have since heard crowing in the morning and they are looking like roos. Please help me to determine not only their gender but also breed. I live in town so I am only permitted to have hens. If they are roos they will need a new home asap.

Age? The white one is definitely a cockerel. The other two look like hens, depending on age.

The mostly white one is definitely male, and he's an Easter Egger. The Welsummer, the brown one, is a pullet. Need to know the age of the barred/cuckoo one.

they are approx. 4 months. I received them on July 6th and was told they were 10 to 12 weeks at that point. so that would make them 17 to 19 weeks now.

so the whitish one we were calling Lucy is now Lucifer. Ok and the black one (Pepper) is a pullet? the brown one (Mother Clucker) pullet?
