As someone who has had chickens long enough now to tell the sex of a chick at this age, i would be pretty confident that these were both roosters. But because they both look very different to me, i was hoping to get some input from people who have actually raised sultan chicks before...

chick #1
Smaller head poof, smaller body, redder comb, more bumps on comb and beak

chick#2
larger poof, muffs, and body. same sized legs, smoother comb but still reddish pink. both chicks are the most skittish in the brooder

thanks all! i almost sold them this morning but hesitated because im just not 100%
these are the only two sultans i have or have ever had so i have no females or males to compare them to

ETA:
both combs are much redder than the pictures show (?) especially up at the top. chick one has bumps on its beak that are pink

CUUUUUUUUTE! Thanks for showing pics of them! I have in my incubator, 11 sultan banty eggs as well. I have never seen one in person and am very looking forward to hatch time! So exciting! Got a dozen of these little white eggers from ebay and all but one are very much alive. I think they are the most beautiful chicken.
