Update for whoever is interested: 4,5 months old now, becoming a big handsome boy :)
He still has a nice girly lacing in the front but getting really white on the top.

Beautiful rooster! I see his hackle feathers and saddle feathers have come in nicely. What hatchery did you get him from?

My neighbour said he was looking in the trees to find out which bird was making that sound 😄

My 2 closest neighbours agree with me to keep him for now. They are not bothered yet. For now he has only crowd between 7 and 8 in the morning, after the nightcoop opens. I put a dark blanket over it to keep it as dark as possible.
Let's hope he doesn't become a rooster that crows alot or really early or both. Because I have alot of neighbours (surrounded by other gardens and next to an appartement building). And I don't live in a town with very tolerant people.
I've heard of people making sound muffling coops with walls made out of hay bales. (I think it was Cobb style, with one foot thick walls).

'I don't exactly know how it would work though, because I know that chickens need a lot of ventilation to keep their coops fresh. But that might be worth looking into...

I don't know, my friend bought them from a 2nd hand page from a breeder here in Belgium.
He is growing really massive, I just took some new pics. His 'brothers' from the same hatch are growing up with my friend and are much less developed than him! Probably because he is the only male.
Almost 6 months old now.
