Gender?

I was for sure about this bird being a cockerel a few weeks ago, but the lack of crowing and behavior similar to the pullets is throwing me off, am I just crazy?

Lovely lady x4. I have 7 week old Olive Egger Cockerels, yours looks older, they have large combs and you can see the saddle feathers coming in.
