Genders -8 weeks

Hi all,

I’ve been raising these 4 little guys and was after some help on what gender they are. I’ve tried looking online and not 100% sure!

Buff Orpington, thinking male? Dominate one of the flock Running up to the dog at times

Silkie, female?

Plymouth, female?

Polish, not sure! (Am I right to say this Polish chicken is also a frizzle?)

If they are all 8 weeks then I agree. Polish has comb and wattle development so I say cockerel

Omg your Silkie reminds me of mine!
She’s 7 weeks but her feathers aren’t as developed as yours.
She’s starting to get the black head feathers and it looks so funny

I think you were right on the Buff Orpington. That looks like a cockerel to me, his wattles are comb are pretty bright and developed. He's a little too young, but it looks like his hackle feathers are getting pointy too.

Im pretty sure they are all female except for the polish.

When I said I agree I did not mean with the previous poster. Your Orp, and Polish are cockerels because of the early comb and wattle development at such a young age. Just to clarify.
