Close! There are just a few random genes out of place. The hen and rooster need Inhibitor of Gold to be changed to ig+/ig+, the rooster needs Autosomal Red to be ar/ar, and the hen needs Charcoal to be Cha+/Cha+.
Other than those, it looks great!

You would have to start with a blue egg producing single comb bird such as Silverudd's Blues or the blue egg laying Brown Leghorns from UARK. After that, there are at least 3 other breeds needed to bring the right genes into the mix. It would require 4 breeds set up in two breeding lines, stabilize the traits, then cross the two breeding lines and again stabilize the traits. I estimate 16 years to get it right. A very hard part would be to stabilize blue eggs as most of the required breeds produce brown eggs.

Or Cream Legbar. They are becoming fairly easy to get, at least in the US, and also have the single comb/blue egg linkage.
