Then you're mixing genes. Linda's equations on black, blue & splash are related to a single gene. The chicken calculator gene will help, but there are a number of ways to build a buff bird. Ditto for black and blue, although it is simpler. The calculator makes assumptions that may or may not be correct for a specific bird. That's where making individual gene adjustments helps you become more accurate.

All things being equal they will give in the region of 50% black offspring, probably with colour leakage & 50% red offspring.​
