Yes, Rooster Are Awesome helped me figure him out. He did hatch out of a chocolate brown egg labeled Maran cross.

His eyes are not bay, or brown.

Bay is another word for red. It has variable shaded. For example Buckeyes are a very very dark shade of bay.

Legs are light pink, not white.

He is splash patterned, he has both blue, & black coloring upon his white also.

Amberlinks don't have this. They're white with cream, & redish brown.

I can't help with the albino feathers, but if you were wanting to look into recessive white genetics as Nicalandia said, I have a recessive white rooster which is partridge based.

I don't know much about genetics though, I'm still learning myself.
