German chickens

Are you looking for pullets or cockerels, or does it matter? I may have a couple of Silver Lakenvelders in my brooder now and if they're cockerels I won't be able to keep them. And I'm in NC!

Only pullets. I would be interested if they are both pullets, but do not need any roos. I have 17 right now that I am waiting to send to the fridge. I am not going to breed and do not want to put up with roos on the farm. Where in NC are you located?

Well shoot, I was hoping that I may have found a home for them if they are cockerels.

I have 1 roo... in a subdivision... on an acre. Needless to say, I can't have more.

I've been through there a lot. Your not too far from me. So if they are pullets you are going to keep them right? I'm sorry about not being able to help with the roo but I would find it hard to put up with a roo that I wanted to keep. I tolerate the ones now knowing that they will be delicious later, lol

Hi
There is a very old German breed called Moeven.I have read that this breed owes the same ancestry as the Braekl and Campine, with which it is practically identical, but being bred in the districts of Germany near to the borders of Belgium and Holland, it has received separate classification.
