Also a short workout is far, far better than none at all. Sometimes we tell ourselves we shouldn't bother if we don't have time for a 20, 30, 40 minute work out because it's not enough to get results, and that's not true.Don't do stuff you hate, for sure.
My husband hates running with a passion yet it seems to be his go to. Naturally that turns into him not working out very often.
I think the main reason I enjoy it is I like feeling strong and looking great.I feel so good when I'm consistent.
I have had great success with 5 minute work outs and stack them when I have extra time/desire.
