Show me your secrets.I'm lucky in that I enjoy working out. I know a lot of people hate it.
It's more about health than who you want to impress. Can you safely lift weights? That might be a way to gain benefits such as reduced injury risk and better longevity without flaring your asthma.Nope im out I cant even walk without wheezing from asthma so running etc is out for me exercise all together for me these days aint worth it i got no one to impress anyways
Sounds great! Thanks for joining!-definitely into living a healthy, active lifestyle. We grow as much of our food as we can, and source the meat from a great local farm. -don't do processed or fast food. I don't run any more. My knees won't take the impact (after running long distance for 35 years). I do walk around 6 miles per day (and take the hyper little dog, or I won't get any peace) -have been too lax in the weightlifting over the past two years, and need to return to a good program. I'm in!
Don't do stuff you hate, for sure.Show me your secrets.![]()
I'm sending you love, not that I love you have severe asthmaNope im out I cant even walk without wheezing from asthma so running etc is out for me exercise all together for me these days aint worth it i got no one to impress anyways
I find it's hard to stay consistent when I'm the only one in my household who is into it. And time - or the lack thereof - is a BIG factor.Don't do stuff you hate, for sure.
My husband hates running with a passion yet it seems to be his go to. Naturally that turns into him not working out very often.
I think the main reason I enjoy it is I like feeling strong and looking great.I feel so good when I'm consistent.
