I'm debating on whether or not to walk to the grocery store instead of drive. On one hand, it'd be good exercise, but on the other hand, I'll be carrying groceries on the way back and it's a fairly busy road.
Walked through the grocery store next to the bread and sushi and doughnuts—and walked out with only the vegetables I'd planned on buying. I'll call that a win.
Today was bonkers. I erected a "hoop coop" type tunnel for my goats in anticipation of some winter weather headed our way. Then I built them a larger grooming stand. But I didn't get any cardio done at all. I will fit some in tomorrow night.
As for food today, I had 2 bowls of soup and 2 dinner rolls. Not a great choice, but hubby made the soup in the slow cooker and was so proud of it. And I skipped breakfast again. I gotta get back in the habit of eating breakfast. Prevents afternoon snacking.
It’s been a busy few days. The get up, head to work run errands, go home shower and sleep kind of busy. I’m going to try to get in some kind of exercise today even if it’s just a short walk. I’d like to do some weights though. Just not sure if I’ll be feeling up to it.
