So, I think my Australorps are getting closer to laying the first eggs.This afternoon when I got home from work, the birds were in the geodome. When I opened the main door of the coop, I noticed there had been some activity in the nesting box. One of the hens had been in there and pushed some straw up along the edges, and made a nice circular depressionin the center.
