I'm so excited! I'm getting 8 sizzle eggs from Ebay. The last eggs I got from Ebay were all bad. Not sure they were fertilized at all. Not one developed. I did dry incubation. Was that bad? Not doing that again. I want these ones to do good this time! Any suggestions on how to do this the best way? I'm going to let them settle for a day before incubating and then I will put them in an egg carton in the bator. Should I stand them on their end?

I would keep them large end up for twelve hours before beginning incubation.

As for whether dry incubation was bad, that varies depending on who you ask. Some people have great success with it. Personally, I've never done dry incubation. I've always kept the humidity at 50-60% for the first 18 days, and then increased it to 60-70% for hatching. This has given me good results. Others have had good results with dry hatching. It is your decision as to which style to try.

I hope the eggs arrive safely, and you have a better hatch rate than last time!
