I just read the whole DIY thread and I have a question.... did Oz ever get the rats out of the coconut trees or does he still have inbred families living up there? guess i will never know as he is missing... lol

I think the solution was a combo of rat poison and putting tin around the base of the tree. Same tin around the base of the coops too.

I think he covered it here too. I would suspect that some would be evicted during harvest....
