    As soon as the eggs warmed the action started. 1 Guinea hatched, 3 are zipping. [​IMG]

    I am too old for this

    And just like that we have 5 hatched. they must have decided they dont like their cramped cold living quarters!

    here is a pic of the new queen bed we are using on our porch - its solid mahogany and made by the duck man

    He has 5 muscovy ducklings in their from my last hatch that will add some size and genetic diversity

    I have another batch of guineas that came from a different supplier that are just starting to pip.

    Its nice to finally get some good news. My live Guinea population is up to 11. It could reach 20!

    Thats all this crazy chicken man with crazy ideas could ask for

    Sometimes crazy ideas are the best. In my experience the worst that happens is that you end up having a great adventure!

    So we have 8 new guineas. total is 14

    There are 8 pips. The second batch has started

    We have 24 other candidates hanging out.
