Getting the flock out of here - a diary of a crazy chicken man

I would be more worried about drowning them. Sounds like you can nearly swim through the air there right now.

My previous experience was incubating in the dry air of SoCal. I was worried I could pull this off on such humid conditions but with all the chirping, they did not drown on pipping internally.

The air is definitely wet. In july its 90% humid. Sweaty armpits and other skin folds is the norm.

Pipping!!!!!! Whee!

OffGridMAMAs eggs are leading the charge. 4 blue eggs and a white one have now externally pipped. The Lake Ellsinore mutts have three and one of the Australorps is on its way to Filipino citizenship.

Hoy vay. Its actually coming to fruition. This crazy chicken man is eggcited!!!
