Something similar to this might work for you, they're pretty popular at people's summer cottages around here.

You just heat the water with wood, there are many different designs. It's called a "palju" in Finnish. We crammed 11 (drunk) adult men into one of these last summer.

We had a Korean and two Indians in the mix. I think they were a bit shocked by the drunken male nudity. We Finns grow up with saunas, so we're used to it.

Well, it saves you from the trouble of running a motor to blow air bubbles, more of an organic bubble tub

We Finns grow up with saunas, so we're used to it.

That's the wrong idea people have of saunas. In Sweden, people sit and read newspapers in there. A friend went to Greece, and when he was throwing water on the (Finnish made) electric stove ("kiuas"), the owner of the establishment came running like crazy. I doubt that there are many places in the world where the outside temperature would resemble that of a sauna.

A proper Finnish sauna is between 80-120 deg C (175F-250F), although not many people enjoy it when it's really hot, 80-90 is preferred. Moisture is important also, you're supposed to throw some water on the stove every few minutes to get a nice "löyly" going. A "vihta" can also be used, it's young birch branches (with the leaves on) tied together, you slap yourself with it to get bloodflow in your skin going and a bit of exfoliation at the same time.
