Phage, as do I.

Hope they're great, Oz. Remember to report on Lillian's cooking

lol.

OK. Dodong and Lillian

they are both from Cauayan., our local municipality and are currently living in the poblacion or town center.

They are both high school graduates. Lillian appears a little more English proficient but that are both shy so they were quite intimidated during their interview.

Dodong has coconut tree climbing skills and carpentry experience and currently is working on a farm in the mountains.

Lillian says she can cook a little.

They have 4 kids from 6 weeks to 6 years. the oldest lives with Lillian's mother.

We spent most of the time during the interview taking then the I importance odd consistency and trust building.

They are both really shy but I have a good feeling about them.
I'm shy too till you get me talking ..... then you can't shut me up LOL

we won't experience Lillian's cooking till Monday. We are giving them another day to get organized.

I am the chef Di jour. Ham and cheese omelette with chiabata toast for breakfast, baked ziti for lunch, chicken fajitas and ceviche for dinner.

I will head of at 830 to pick up our guest from sipalay.

Good Luck with the local hire!

we had a good day.

We had told Dong and Lillian to spend the weekend cleaning and organizing their house but the came over this morning and asked if the could start on cleaning the debris from typhoon Queenie.

I picked up friends that were in Sipalay diving and got home at 1pm. The yard looked great.

Then at lunch time Lillian brought over a dessert that her mom has made. It was delicious.

The nannies returned from their day off and one of them got to work making coconut pie from coconuts harvested by Bernie just an hour before. Again, delicious.

Lilian stripped down the stove and removed all the carbon that had been allowed to build up.

What a joy.

Oz, sounds like you hit the jackpot in the employee lottery. Are they getting the same incentive package as others before when it comes to the copra and chicken sales?

How's Bernie been doing, is his wife happy with him working there now?
