When is the wet season starting, have you had any rains yet? And I don't remember reading about your tomatoes in a long time, did you ever get them to grow well?

thank goodness we have a steady supply of duck eggs. we just buy eggs to fry. all scrambled eggs and omelettes are courtesy of the ducks

Wow! you could well be right, but as Oz said we need good head shots and side shots of each of them in good light to do proper sexing.

Sad to hear about the temperature disaster, but at least you were there when it happened, so know what occurred and could fix it. Poor chickies.

Mrs oz and the kids are off to Gigantes Islands with a group in a convoy of 2 minivans. they will take the ro-ro ferry to the next island west - Panay - then travel to a resort for the day night, spending tomorrow afternoon exploring the islands.

I will be shipping around 110 birds. (it would be 160 if we did not cook the eggs). I have lots to do here.

we performed AI on pig 17. Toto did a great job. I was very impressed with his technical skill and patience.

mozza finally started training. we will add bamboo poles to the trailer to attach to her yolk once she is ready. hopefully in a month she will be pulling a cart well enough to make her one of her own.

we also used a fish bucket as a mold to make a concrete sink for the piggery as well as a stock tank for the goats.

Ariel is toughening his feet climbing coconut trees. he has what looks like 100kg of copra. we want 800kg to take to the mill. at current prices and with 800kg we should get $600 of which he gets $240. not a bad bonus.

Dodong is off Saturday and the goal is to bring Toto up to speed on documentation.
