Getting two Polish Chickens! Any tips for caring for them?

I actually don't know how they were sexed but the lady was like 99% positive they are females. Ill have to ask her about how she sexed them.

I know that the polish breed is one of the few that she can sex right when they hatch. I don't know how

Wow, I hope she will share her secret. After the hundreds I’ve hatched I’m still non the wiser for sure until 8 - 12 weeks of age.

My rooster has a lot of feathers missing from the top. Like maybe someone was picking on him.
