Oh I forgot to update yall! One of my polish pullets turned out to be a rooster so I had to rehome him sadly.

Good news! My polish rooster cut it out. Idk if it was just the red shorts I was wearing that day or what. He seemed to watch me for a while and he would charge at me but it’s like he forgot he doesn’t like me. He seems to be fine with the kids to so he’s staying. Other exiting news! The small black hen that came with the two polish, and when I say small she is seriously miniature, layed a clutch of eggs and sat on them to hatch shortly after I had gotten her. She hatched three and I think my kids disturbed her too much with their prying eyes because she kicked all her eggs around and abondoned about six eggs. One of them

had it’s beak out so it was in the process of hatching. Naturally I collected them, candled them and put them in the incubator. Three of them were viable chickens. One has hatched and she accepted it along with her three she had and the other two have externally pipped and I am waiting for them to arrive!

Does anyone know at what point the roos get their combs? I think these are all roos, if so, I'll keep the frizzled black crested white and the frizzled tolbunt.
