Getting your flock or individual chickens tested for showing

I live in Lebanon County PA, and my kids and I would like to show a few of our chickens. Does anyone know who we can contact to have our chickens tested in order to be compliant with the show requirements for Avian Flu and Pullorum -Typhoid other than going to a local Vet?
