Giant Egg?

Hi, I got some Cuckoo Marans. They just started laying not too long ago. Most of the eggs have been small to normal sized. Now today there is a giant egg. Is this normal? I have a picture of it with regular eggs but can't figure out how to attach a picture.

It is normal with pullets to occasionally get a double or even triple yolk egg. Those are the giant ones.

Gotta be a triple yolker...or maybe even a shelled egg inside an egg.

I have eight hens I got in April just before I joined forum. A couple of them were laying soft shell eggs the rest small to normal eggs, then one laid this egg. First egg I ever seen like it.

wow! now THAT is an awesome thing to see! Not sure whether it's "normal" or not, but it's kewl! Mine haven't started laying yet (got mine in may and june).
