MAX space for coop is 12'x5', and that's the absolute max. I was thinking that I could do one of those things where the coop is on top of part of the run?
I will definitely start out with a smaller set up though: My goal for my first batch of chickens is start with three barred rocks, later add an easter egger, silver laced cochin, and lavender orpington. I'd probably be happy with that for a while, and my next flock could maybe have a brahma in it? 5 total birds instead of 6 for the brahma?

That might big enough for a few Brahmas.
So making the coop like this?

Sounds like a good start.
