These boys are still very fighty, so I have to keep them separate, also they stare, & walk back, & forth looking at each other tempted to get after each other from across the yard.

Won't be surprised if Floof challenges the elder Males once the other boy is gone.

Hopefully he settles down as he matures. I'd hate to care for another rooster, or cockerel who gotten torn up like that one time. Were also silkies. This incident was back in 2018.
 
That's reason I suspect the Silkie's ancestor was a Gamefowl of some sort.

Their Grandfather a LF Silkie, has the posture of an Asil, or Shamo, & has decently long legs too. Taller then a 5 gallon bucket.View attachment 2879655

Yep, I know that. Most people who own silkies don't seem to know this. Was reading up on this a month, or so ago.
