I agree. The little bumps on the legs, are tell tale marks of spurs that are about to grow out.
At this age, spurs don't matter at all. Hens can get spurs as well as roosters, though it is less common. All chickens have the little buttons. I'm going off the size and color of the comb and wattles as well as the barring.
Well, combed hens, rather than pea comb can be large, I would expect the tale to larger at this age.
