This one seems to be a Cockrell. A lot of times the Cockrell ' s tail will not fill out as soon as a pullet ' will

IF that is fuzz on the leg, I'd be leaning towards possibly a silkie mix because of the other characteristics, but I'm really not seeing a silkie mix there. It's really a bit of a crap shoot with mixed breeds, because you can't be sure whether the five toes came from the same parent as the feathered legs - or if the head dress was associated with the dark skinned parent, etc -- each of the characteristics that can be picked out individually could be attributed to a few different breeds.
